Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Order (Consultations):

You can cancel your order online before the confirmation of your order by us, we will credit the applicable refund against the cancelled order. The refund against cancelled order will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Cancellation of order will not be applicable in case the consultation has been confirmed by us or the consultation has been taken by the customer.
You may cancel your order through online mode or through our customer care executive.
