Description

Pranayama is an ancient breathing technique that originated from yogic practices in India. Pranayama means vital life force and Yama means to gain control. In yoga, breath is associated with prana, thus, Pranayam is a means to elevate the prana shakti or life energy.
It is the fourth of the eight limbs of yoga.

Types of Pranayama:
(1). Bhramari Pranayama.
(2). Kapalbhati Pranayama.
(3). Bhaartiya Pranayama.
(4). Nadi Shodhana Pranayama.
